Funeral services for Geraldine Desoto of Mansura were held at the Escud Funeral Home of Mansura on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 1:00pm. Visitations were also held at the funeral home that morning from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Burial services took place at the Kelone Cemetery.
Geraldine Desoto, age 75, passed away on Monday, July 21, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Vallie Lucille Michel Bernard. She is survived by her husband, Steven Desoto of Mansura daughter, Linda Blanchard of Mansura grandchildren, Johnny Blanchard, Jr., Elizabeth Blanchard, and Nicholas Blanchard greatgrandchildren, Morgan, Lilly, Taylor Blanchard. She is also survived by her stepgrandchildren, Rebecca, Katherine, Amanda, Christopher and stepgreatgrandchild, Ty Miller.
