Gladys Bordelon

Funeral services for Gladys Mary Bordelon of Harahan, former native of Dupont, will take place at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Dupont on Saturday, March 2nd, 2019 beginning at 1:00pm with Fr. Martin Laird officiating. Burial will commence at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery.

Gladys Bordelon, age 88, passed away at the Twin Oaks Nursing Home of La Place on Tuesday, February 26th, 2019.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Althea Bordelon (Van), Gene Bordelon, Phyllis Stein, Angela Palmisano (Arthur); half-brother, John Guillory; grandchildren, Van Bordelon (Penny), Michelle Syed (Derrick), Amanda Thibodaux (Tim), Shaun Bordelon (Christy), Krystal Stein (Darrell), Christopher Palmisano (Amy), Lance Bordelon (Sarah), Allen Bordelon (Kayla), Michael Palmisano; & 17 great-grandchildren, Bethani, Julian, Ethan, Randy, Reece, Luke, Gavin, Emma, Addison, Timothy, Sydney, Adylese, Sophia, Brody, Levi, Ryan, & Alexander.

She was preceded in death by her; husband, Allen P. Bordelon; parents, William & Edwina Guillory; sister, Lessie Johnson; brothers, Adrian & Elliot Perron.

Visitation will begin at 9:00am at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Hall of Dupont on Saturday, March 2nd, 2019 and will last until time of service.
