Gladys Gremillion

Funeral services for Gladys Bonnette Gremillion a longtime resident of Simmesport will be held on Monday, March 24, 2014, beginning at 2pm at the Christ the King Catholic Church in Simmesport with Fr. Martin Laird officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 24, 2014 beginning at 10:30am until 2pm at the Escud Funeral Home in Simmesport and rosary service will be at 12pm. Interment will be in the Christ the King Mausoleum.

Gladys B. Gremillion, age 90, passed away at the Avoyelles Hospital in Marksville on Friday, March 21, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alphonse Gree Josephine Bonnette her husband, Louis Gremillion, Jr. her brothers: Alfred Browning, J.K. Bonnette, Leroy Bonnette, and Jack Bonnette.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children: Larry Gremillion of Auburn, WA, Wayne Gremillion of Simmesport, LA, Jackie Rabalais of Simmesport, LA, and Pauline Naquin of Thibodeaux, LA her sisters: Roberta Whitmore of Hessmer, LA, Clarice Ard, of Elye, GA, and Jean Kimball of Madisonville, TN. She also leaves nine grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren.
