Funeral services for Gladys Rabalais of Krotz Springs were held on Friday, April 24, 2009 at Christ the King Catholic Church in Simmesport. Mrs. Rabalais requested no visitations to be made. Gladys Rabalais, age 83, passed away at Bayou Chateau Nursing Home on Wednesday, April 22,2009. She is preceded in death by her, husband, Adolph Rabalais, brother, Sidney Lemoine, sister, Grace Ducote, father, Estine Lemoine, Sr., mother, Susan Guillot Lemoine. She is survived by her, son, Gale Rabalais wife Elaine Jeansonne Rabalais of Krotz Springs, brother, Estine Lemoine, Jr. of Simmesport, sisters, Verdie Wilkes of Marksville, Ruby Wilkes of Hamburg, Cecelia Friesenhahn husband Ken of Simmesport, grandchildren, Gale Rabalais wife Jessica of Baker Michel Rabalais Morrow husband Chris of Krotz Springs, great-grandchildren, Mathew Jude Morrow of Krotz Springs.
