Gloria Bordelon

Funeral services for Gloria Marie Coco Bordelon of Moreauville will be held on October 18, 2015 beginning at 10am at Big Bend Baptist Church with Pastor Keith Lamartiniere officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2015 beginning at 6pm and will continue all night at St. Peter's Church Hall in Bordelonville. Burial will be held at Big Bend Baptist Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
Gloria "GG" Bordelon, age 53, passed away on Friday, October 16, 2015 at Tulane Medical Center in New Orleans. She was preceded in death by her mother, Margie Lemoine Coco; brother, Layton "Bud" Coco, Jr.; & nephew, Jake Coco.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Paul Gaynell Bordelon of Moreauville; daughters, Kelly Desselle Lamartiniere (Aaron) of Echo and Candi Desselle (Kameron Wade) of Cottonport; step-daughters, Rachel Hammons (Thomas) of Bordelonville and Stephanie Cloud (Bobby) of Oakdale; step-son, Josh Damico (Jessica) of Bordelonville; father, Layton Coco, Sr. of Hamburg; brother, Tony Coco (Tammy) of Hamburg; sister-in-law, Maddy Coco of Moreauville. GG also leaves four grandchildren: Kenley Lamartiniere, Khol Wade, Ashley Adams, & Benjamin Adams, Jr; nieces, Jenna Coco and Whitney Coco; nephew, Lance Coco; and special friend, Molly.
Those honored to service as pallbearers will be: Josh Damico, Thomas Hammons, Eric Bordelon, Brian Whitmore, Will Coco, & Chuckie Coco.
GG was a loving wife, mother, and lived for her grandchildren. She had a heart of gold and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Her smile and kind nature will be missed dearly by friends and family.
