Hans Prevost

Funeral services for Hans Marc Prevost of Bordelonville will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 beginning at 11am at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Bordelonville with Fr. Ramji Shoury officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 beginning at 9am until the time of service at the St. Peter's Church Hall in Bordelonville. Interment will be held in the St. Peter Mausoleum. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
Hans Marc Prevost, age 84, passed away on Sunday, May 22, 2016 at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria.
Hans was a retired farmer, avid gardener supplying many people with fresh vegetables. He enjoyed duck hunting in his free time. Hans also served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the American Legion in Bordelonville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Phillip & Stella Prevost; one sister & one brother.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 62 years, Estelle Prevost of Bordelonville; daughter, Dr. Melinda Prevost (Dr. Gerald Miletello) of Baton Rouge; son, Mark Prevost of Bordelonville; brother, Dwight Prevost of Shreveport; and seven grandchildren.
