Harold Bordelon

Funeral services for Harold Buddy Bordelon of Moreauville will be held at 11am on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Moreauville. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Mausoleum of Moreauville. Visitation will be held from 5pm to 10pm on Monday, September 24 at the Escud Funeral Home of Moreauville.
Harold Buddy Bordelon, age 82, passed away at Grace Home Hospice of Alexandria on Saturday, September 22, 2012.
Mr. Bordelon was a retired U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War conflict and a member of the Bordelonville American Legion. He also retired from the American Can Company in New Orleans with over 30 years of service. Buddy is preceded in death by his parents Lee and Daisy Bordelon and one sister Doris Brenckle. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Joan Bordelon of Moreauville daughters, Lisa Kyler of Dawsonville, GA, Natalie Bordelon of Youngsville brothers, Lloyd Bordelon of Metairie, Leonard Bordelon of Prairieville, Raphael Bordelon of Hammond and one sister, Lynette Nolan of Prairieville three grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren.
Pallbearers will include, Leonard Bordelon, Lloyd Bordelon, Raphael Bordelon, Scott Bordelon, Marty Bordelon, Jerry McConnell, Bill Nolan and Cross bearer, Lynette Nolan. Services and arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
