Funeral services for Harris John Gauthier of Cottonport will take place on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at the St. Marys Assumption Catholic Church of Cottonport, beginning at 1:00pm, with Fr. Anthony Dhamaraj Fr. Raj officiating. Visitations will take place prior to the funeral at the Escude Funeral Home of Cottonport, beginning at 8:00am. Burial services will commence at the St. Marys Cemetery 2.
Harris Gauthier, age 88, passed away at the Bayou Vista Nursing Home on Monday, March 15, 2010. He is preceded in death by his parents, Elphege Angelle Gauthier sister, Irene Firmin. He is survived by his wife, Bernice Gauthier of Cottonport three grandchildren, Mitzi Moreau, Dane Moreau, Travis Gauthier.
