Harris Johnson

Funeral services for Harris Johnson age 63 of Cottonport are being held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 3, 2011 in the Escud Funeral Home in Mansura. Burial will follow in St. Paul Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Escud Funeral Home of Mansura. Visitations will also be held at the funeral home, from 8:00am until 11:00am.
Mr. Johnson passed away on Saturday December 25, 2010 at his residence.
He is preceded in death by his father, Kayser London Johnson mother, Elizabeth Francesco Johnson daughter, Beverly Johnson and brother, David Johnson.
He is survived by his wife, Vera Mae Johnson of Cottonport four sons Barby Charles Scott of Texas, Bobby Ray French of Cottonport, Jerry Wayne Johnson of Shreveport, and Gerald Johnson of Cottonport two daughters Deola Jenkins of Opelousas and Betty Jean Johnson of Opelousas four sisters two brothers seventeen grandchildren two great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
