Funeral services for Havard Rachal of Hessmer will take place at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church of Hessmer on Monday, December 1, 2014 beginning at 11:00am with Fr. Edwin RodriguezHernandez officiating. Visitation will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Mansura on Sunday, November 30, 2014 from 5:00pm to 10:00pm and will resume Monday morning at 8:00am. Burial will commence at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Mausoleum.
Havard Rachal, age 88, passed away at the Rapides Regional Medical Center of Alexandria on Thursday, November 27, 2014. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie Rachal son, Glenn Rachal parents, Widdy Eunice Rachal sisters, Genevieve Ducote, Hattie Saucier, Della Gaspard brother, Herbert Rachal. He is survived by his son, Kenneth Rachal of Hessmer grandchildren, Joseph Rachal, Andrew Rachal, Chantel Burwash Grant, Candice Wilson Jeremy greatgrandchildren, Bryce Wilson, Sydni Wilson, Tucker Burwash.
