Funeral services for Hazel Josephine Ducote of Cottonport will take place at the St. Marys Assumption Catholic Church of Cottonport on Thursday, June 30, 2011, beginning at 11:00am. Visitations will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Cottonport on Wednesday, June 29, 2011, from 4:00pm to 10:00pm and will resume Thursday morning at 8:00am. Burial services will commence at the St. Mary Catholic Cemetery 2.
Hazel Ducote, age 83, passed away at the Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital of Alexandria on Tuesday, June 28, 2011. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bris Ducote parents, Filce Ledia Desselle. She is survived by her sons, Gerard Ducote of Cottonport, Michael Ducote wife, Margaret of Cottonport grandchildren, Sandy Ducote, Rachel Wolff husband, Billy, Robert Ducote wife, Melissa.
