Funeral services for Helen Mary Rabalais of Simmesport will take place at the Christ the King Catholic Church of Simmesport on Friday, October 5, 2012, beginning at 2:00pm. Visitation will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Simmesport prior to the funeral service, from 9:00am to 2:00pm. Burial services will commence at the Christ the King Catholic Cemetery.
Helen Rabalais, age 82, passed away at the Avoyelles Hospital on Marksville on Tuesday, October 2, 2012. She is preceded in death by her husband, Eraste Rabalais. She is survived by her children, Donald Rabalais of Hamburg, Brenda Barba of Virginia Beach, VA, Bruce Rabalais of Hamburg, Carolyn Ann Lynchard of Denham Springs and eight grandchildren niece nephew, Oreline John.
