Henning Laborde

Funeral services for Henning Laborde of Simmesport will take place at the Escude Funeral Home of Simmesport on Thursday, April 2, 2015 beginning at 11:00am. Visitation will also be held at the funeral home Wednesday, April 1, 2015 from 5:00pm to 10:00pm. Burial services will commence at the Christ the King Catholic Mausoleum.
Henning Laborde, age 92, passed away at Bayou Chateau of Simmesport on Wednesday, April 1, 2015. He was preceded in death by his wife; Dorothy Laborde; parents, Cicero & Adelie Laborde; Son; David Laborde, Sister; LD Brouillette.
He is survived by his daughters; Mona Mayeux and husband Phillip of Simmesport, Donna Michel and husband Roy of Simmesport,sons; Larry Laborde of Gonzales, Kent Laborde and wife Pat of Simmesport, Timmy Laborde and wife Gena of Lafayette. He is also survived by his sixteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
