Henry Novo, Jr.

Funeral services for Henry Edward Novo, Jr. of Mansura will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2015 beginning at 11am at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church with Fr. Irion St. Romain officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 11, 2015 beginning at 5pm until 10pm with rosary wake service at 7pm at Escude Funeral Home in Mansura and visitation will resume Saturday morning at 8am. Interment will be held at St. Paul the Apostle Mausoleum in Mansura.
Henry Novo, Jr., age 89, passed away on Monday, September 7, 2015 at Grace Home in Alexandria. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry & Eva Novo, Sr.; sisters: Alla May Gremillion, Bertha St. Romain, Helena Novo, and Evelyn Michot; grandchild, Ashley Novo.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 65 years, June Novo of Mansura; sons: Bruce (Rebecca) Novo of Mansura, Timothy (MaryAlice) Novo of Baton Rouge, Jonathan (Sherryl) Novo of Mansura, & Randy (Regina) Novo of Lafayette; sister, Faye Novo of Baton Rouge; grandchildren: Dustin Novo of Mansura, Bret Novo of Jonesboro, AR, Dustin Ross of Monroe, Jordan Novo of Lafayette, Colby Novo of Central, & Meaghan Novo of Central.
Mr. Henry was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council No. 1199 and the Avoyelles Cattlemen's Association.
