Funeral services for Henry Michael Washington of Cottonport will take place at the Faith Mission Baptist Church on Saturday, June 11, 2011, beginning at 11:00am with Rev. Earl Alexander, Sr. officiating. Visitations will also be held at the church, prior to the funeral service, beginning at 9:00am. Burial services will commence at the Faith Mission Baptist Cemetery.
Henry Washington passed away at his home of Cottonport on Thursday, June 2, 2011. He is preceded in death by his parents, George Mary Kimble Washington, Sr. brothers, Roosevelt Washington, Larry Washington sisters, Annie Mae Johnson, Bertha Mayes, Rosemary Goody. He is survived by his wife, Erma Washington of Cottonport son, Lloyd Washington wife Angie daughters, Brenda Ware husband Glenn, Barbara Davis, Elaine Washington, Dianna Graham, Joyce Corner husband Gerald, Shirley Turner husband Kevin brothers, George Washington wife Patricia, James Washington, Gene Washington sister, Octavia Jenkins. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren one greatgrandchild.
