Funeral services for Hilton Desoto of Mansura will take place at the St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church of Mansura on Tuesday, January 17, 2012, beginning at 10:00am with Fr. Chad Partain officiating. Visitations will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Mansura on Monday, January 16, 2012, from 5:00pm to 10:00pm and will resume on Tuesday morning at 8:00am. Burial services will commence at the St. Paul Catholic Cemetery.
Hilton Desoto, age 68, passed away at his home in Mansura. He is preceded in death by his wife, Thelma Desoto parents, Milton Eldie Gaspard Desoto brother, Lewis Desoto sisters, Isabelle Desoto Ina Desoto. He is survived by his sons, Anthony T. Desoto wife, Kathleen of Fifthward, Hilton John Desoto wife, Charlotte of Hessmer brother, Steven Desoto of Mansura sisters, Eldie Bernard of Mansura, Jeanette Courville of Cummings, GA. He is also survived by his four grandchildren five greatgrandchildren.
