Funeral services for Ida Crockett of Mansura will take place at the Golden Chain Baptist Church of Cottonport on Saturday, October 9, 2010, beginning at 11:00am. Visitations will also be held at the church, prior to the funeral services, beginning at 8:00am. Burial services will commence at the Golden Chain Baptist Church Cemetery.
Ida Crockett, age 73, passed away at the Rio Sol Nursing Home of Mansura on Monday, October 4, 2010. She is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, family friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry Gracie Wallace Crockett brothers and sisters, Jimmy Crockett, Mose Crockett, Albert Crockett, Johhny Crockett, Irish Crockett, David Crockett, Lillian Jackson, Pearl Celestine, Julia Johnson, Annie Green, Amie Johnson, Marie Slaughter.
Services and funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
