Funeral services for Irene Lucille Dupuy of Mansura will take place at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church of Hessmer on Wednesday, March 7, 2012, beginning at 10:30am. Visitations will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Mansura on Tuesday, March 6, 2012, from 5:00pm to 11:00pm and will resume 8:00am on Wednesday morning. Burial services will commence at the St. Alphonsus Cemetery.
Irene Dupuy, age 79, passed away at the Hessmer Nursing Home on Monday, March 5, 2012. She is preceded in death by her son, Ronald Ducote husband, Arthur Ducote, Jr. parents, Webers Lola Normand brothers, Richard Normand, Robert Normand. She is survived by her daughters, Shirley Ducote of Hessmer, Patricia Gunn of Marksville, Mary Dauzat of Brouillette sisters, Ruth Juneau of Orange Park, FL, Helen Ponthier of Mansura, Della Guillot of Lecompte, Louella Guidry of Perkinston, MS brother, Daniel Normand of Kenner. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren, thirteen greatgrandchildren, one greatgreatgrandchild.
