Funeral services for Iris Desselle of Bordelonville will take place on Thursday, February 25, 2010 at the St. Peters Catholic Church in Bordelonville, beginning at 12:00pm. Visitations will take place at the St. Peters Catholic Church Hall in Bordelonville prior to the funeral, beginning at 8:00am. Burial services will commence at the St. Peters Mausoleum.
Iris Desselle, age 92, passed away at the Bayou Chateau Nursing Center in Simmesport on Monday, February 22, 2010. She is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Desselle, daughter, Linda Desselle brother, Penn Armand parents, Curtis Bertha Armand. She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Rachel Desselle of Bordelonville brothers, Ryan Armand of La Place, Curtis Armand of Bordelonville sister, Bertha Ellie Lemoine of Deville. She is also survived by two grandchildren Theresa Desselle of La Place, Christian Desselle of Ocean Springs, MS.
