Funeral services for Isabel "Dolly" Foret of Lettsworth will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 beginning at 2pm at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Morganza. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 beginning at 9am until 2pm at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Morganza. Interment will be held at the church cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
Isabel Foret, age 78, passed away Sunday, August 30, 2015 at Our Lady of the Lady Medical Center in Baton Rouge. Isabel was born on December 8, 1936. She was preceded in death by her parents, Razier & Virdie Rachal; her husband, Darnell Foret; and her son, Jody Foret.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Ronnie Foret & wife Cletis of Mansura and their child, Jason Foret of Hamburg; daughter, Cathy Reine & husband Joseph of Simmesport and their children, Michael Reine of Simmesport, Joseph Jr. & Bridget Reine of Simmesport, Melanie Reine of Bordelonville; daughter, Delilah Spears & husband Doc of Lettsworth and their children, Courtney & Jessica Spears of Batchelor, Jacob Spears of Lettsworth and Nicole & Nathan Leonards of Morganza; and daughter, Connie Lambert & husband David of Lettsworth and their children, Davey & Kara Lambert of Batchelor and Dustin Lambert of Lettsworth; and sister, Mary Ann Thibodeaux. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Mrs. Isabel was a lifetime patron of St. Ann's Catholic Church in Morganza. Mrs. Isabel's leaving of this earth will create a void in all of our lives that will never be duplicated or replaced. God has received her into His heavenly kingdom. She has received her reward.
