Funeral Mass for James Darnell Cadoree, Sr. of Mansura will begin at 11:00am on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Mansura with Fr. Blake Deshautelle offciating. Burial will follow at St. Paul Cemetery in Mansura.
James Darnell Cadoree, Sr., age 81, passed away on Monday, July 10, 2023, at his home in Mansura.
Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, James D. Cadoree, Jr. (Trina) and Jamie Cadoree (Kennetra); sisters, Denise Burke, Jacqueline Fontenot, and Michelle Bradley. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren: Oshay Cadoree, Twaun Asphy, Kassanay Asphy, Koa Cadoree, Elijah Collins, Dakota Cadoree, James Cadoree, III, and Jonathan Cadoree.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Cherry Smith Cadoree; daughter, Lavette Cadoree Asphy; parents, Alcide Cadoree & Louise Demouy Cadoree; brothers, Gerald Cadoree and Fabian Cadoree.
Visitation will begin at 8:00am until 10:45am on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Escude Funeral Home in Mansura.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Escude Funeral Home (318-964-2324) 6608 Porterie St. Mansura, LA 71350.
