James Lee, Sr.

Funeral services for James Murray Lee, Sr. of Mansura will take place at the Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church of Mansura on Saturday, July 14, 2012, beginning at 10:00am with Father Martin Laird officiating. Visitations will also be held at the church prior to the funeral service, from 8:00am to 10:00am. Burial services will commence at the St. Paul Catholic Cemetery.
James Lee, Sr., age 61, passed away at his home in Mansura on Sunday, July 8, 2012. He is preceded in death by his parents, Edward Lee, Sr. Mary Sampson Lee. He is survived by his wife, Leola Lavalais Lee of Mansura children, James Murray Lee, Jr. of Hessmer, Melissa M. Jackson of Moreauville brothers, Edward Lee, Jr. of Kansas City, MO, Irvin Lee of De Ridder, Norwood Lee of Mansura, Spellman Lee of Mansura sisters, Dorothy Oliver of Chicago, IL, Velma Amos of Dayton, OH. He is also survived by his four grandchildren.
