Funeral Mass for Jane Mayeux "Jean Anne" of Moreauville will take place at the St. Peter Catholic Church in Bordelonville on Wednesday, March 8th, 2023 beginning at 11:00am with Rev. Louis Sklar officiating. Burial will take place at the St. Peter Catholic Cemetery of Bordelonville.

Jane Mayeux, age 85, passed away at the Hessmer Nursing Home on Saturday, March 4th, 2023.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Paul Mayeux (Donna) of Moreauville; grandchildren, Susan Maillet, Tyler Mayeux (Amanda), and Willie Mayeux (Heather); and her great-grandchild, Harper Mayeux.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Mayeux; daughter, Susan Maillet; parents, Maurice Sr. and Lillie “Bell” Coco Mayeux; sister, Mable Bordelon; brother, Maurice Mayeux, Jr.

Visitation will begin at 8:00am on Wednesday, March 8th, 2023 at the St. Peter Church Hall until time of services.
