Jerald Desselle

Jerald Desselle, a resident of Bordelonville and a brief resident of Alabama, passed away on July 16th, 2024. He was born to Alfred and Hazel Desselle. Jerald was 82 and was preceded in death by his first wife, Linda Desselle and his second wife Katie Coco Desselle.

He was a 1961 graduate of Bordelonville High School where he excelled in track and field. Jerald loved all manners of hunting, fishing, and cooking. He served in the Army National Guard and was honorably discharged. In the business world he owned his own insurance agency and was highly active in civic and volunteer organizations and a devoted family man and father.

Those who are left to cherish his memory are his son, Christian Desselle who resides in Alabama.

A memorial service will held on Tuesday, July 30th from 10:00am to 11:30am.at St Peter's Catholic Church Hall, located at 4702 LA-451, Bordelonville, LA 71320.
