Funeral services for Jeremy Joseph Hebert of Cottonport will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church of Plaucheville at 10:00am. Visitations are to take place at Escude Funeral Home in Cottonport on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 beginning at 4:00 pm until time of service on Wednesday. A prayer service will also be held that night at 7:00pm. Officiating clergy will be Father Charles Morgan. Entombment will be take place in Mater Dolorosa Cemetery in Plaucheville. Jeremy Hebert , age 30, passed away at Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital on Sunday, June 7, 2009. He is survived by his; parents, Jerry Joseph Hebert, Jr. of Cottonport Vicki Carter of Bunkie; son, Landon J. Hebert of Cottonport, brother Chad Hebert of Cottonport; sister, Amanda Hebert of Cottonport; paternal grandmother, Lucille Hebert of Cottonport; niece, Anessa Sauseda of Cottonport; fianc, April Andes of Bunkie. Funeral services and arrangements are under the directions of Escude Funeral Home of Mansura.
