Funeral Mass for Jerine Mary Mose of Hessmer will take place at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church of Hessmer on Monday, April 17th, 2023 beginning at 11:00am with Rev. Edwin Rodriguez-Hernandez officiating. Burial will take place at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Cemetery.

Jerine Mose, age 80, passed away at her home in Hessmer surrounded by her loved ones on Tuesday, April 11th, 2023.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Sandra Mose and Eldon Mose (Sherry) both of Hessmer. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Michael Mose and Jamie Mose; great-grandchildren, Cameron Mose, Caden Mose, Rylie Savant, Tryston Savant, Lafayette Mose, Gracie Mose, and Presleigh Mose; great-great-grandchildren, Emerson Savant and Orion Savant.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Preston Mose; parents, Ernest and Fredna Gaspard Dupuy; her grandson, Shannon Mose; and her siblings, Dalton Dupuy, Hilton Dupuy, Julius Dupuy, Russell Dupuy, and Dorella Goleman.

Visitation will be held at 5:00pm to 10:00pm on Sunday, April 16th, 2023 at the Escude Funeral Home of Mansura with a recitation of the rosary that evening. Visitation will resume Monday morning at 8:00am.
