Jerry Ward, Sr.

A public visitation for Jerry Ward, Sr. of Simmesport will be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 from 4pm until 10 pm at Escude Funeral Home in Simmesport. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
Jerry Ward, age 71, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at his home away from home, "Jerrys Sugar Shack," his camp on the river in Bachelor, LA. He was preceded in death by his parents, James, Sr. & Viola Bordelon Ward, Sr.; daughter, Beth Savage; brother, Earl Ward.
Those left to cherish his memory are his daughters: Priscilla Guillot of Plaucheville, Paula Bordelon of Bordelonville, Lynette Ward of Pineville; son, Jerry Wayne Ward, Jr. of Lebeau; sister, Nancy Lanmons of Simmesport; brother, James Lester Ward, Jr. of Simmesport; grandchildren: Brittany Foret, Paige Guillot, Kara Guillot, Blake Ward, Travis Ward, Miranda Ward, Monica Bordelon, Ezra Savage, Bethany Bordelon, Harlee Bordelon, Brantley Derbonne and four great-grandchildren.
