Jervais Forest Couvillion, age 80, of Simmesport, LA, died Sunday, September 7, 2008, at Oschner Hospital in Jefferson, LA. He was the son of the late Jarvis Couvillion Sr. and the late Leontine Couvillion He is survived by four sisters, Narcille Lorio of Baton Rouge, LA, Isabelle Couvillion of Simmesport, LA, Esla Lemoine of Simmesport, LA and Bernice Gremillion of Baton Rouge, LA; five brothers, Judge David Irvin Couvillion of Baton Rouge , LA, Ferdinand Couvillion of Metairie, LA, Marion A. Couvillion of Baton Rouge, LA, James Warren Couvillion of Jackson, LA and Gaston L. Couvillion, Kingsland, TX Arrangements are being handled by Escude Funeral Home of Simmesport, LA where the family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Wednesday, September 10, 2008. Services will begin at 2:00 p.m. in the Christ the King Catholic Church in Simmesport. Interment will be at Christ The King Mausoleum, ,
