Services for Jessie Joseph Moreau, Sr. will be at Christ The King Catholic Church-Simmesport on Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at 10 a.m. with Father James Nellikunnel officiating. Burial will be in Christ The King Cemetery, Simmesport. Jessie Joseph Moreau, Sr., age 101, of Simmesport died Sunday, June 10, 2007 at Bayou Chateau Nursing Center, Simmesport. Survivors include three daughters, Viola Moreau Guillot of Simmesport, Helen Moreau of New Orleans, Earline Moreau of Simmesport; one son, Earl Moreau of Simmesport; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by wife Emma Moreau, mother Eunice Guillot Moreau, father, Eulice Moreau, son, Jessie Moreau, Jr., daughter Lena Moreau Guillot. Visitation will be at Escude Funeral Home in Simmesport on Monday, June 11, 2007 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. A rosarywake service will be on Monday, June 11, 2007 at 6 p.m. and reopen the following day at 7 a.m.
