Jimmy Paul Carmouche Sr., age 80, died at his residence in Mansura, La. on December 2, 2011. He was a retired Carpenter and was born in Egg Bend, La. August 3, 1931. His survivors include his wife Rose Dauzat Carmouche of Mansura, 4 sons: Bruce Carmouche, Wayne Carmouche, Jimmy Carmouche, Jr. Michael Carmouche all of Marksville, La. Four Daughters: Roseann Craig, Debra Gaspard, Sheryl Beech all of Pineville, Patricia St. Romain of Marksville. Brother: Lincoln Carmouche and Sister Ethel Lacombe both of Marksville. 22 Grandchildren, 45 Great Grandchildren, 8 Great Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by His Parents Tillman and Sedonia Carmouche, Daughter Peggy Voiselle, Grandsons: Bruce Carmouche Jr. Christopher Carmouche, Brothers: Mitchell Carmouche Sylvan Carmouche. All night visitation from 1:00 P M Sunday December 4, until 10:30 AM on Monday Dec. 5 2011, Escud Funeral Home in Mansura, La. Rosary was recited at 6:30 P M Sunday Dec 4th. Funeral Services were held Monday December 5, at 11:00 A M at St. Josephs Catholic Church Marksville, La. with Father Rusty Rabalais officiating. Interment was in St. Josephs Cemetery No. 2 Marksville, La. under the Direction of Escud Funeral Home of Mansura, La. Pallbearers were Edgar Voiselle Jr., Justin Carmouche, Jimmie Craig, Kevin Craig, C. J. St. Romain, Bobby St. Romain, and Mickey Carmouche. Cross bearer: Taylor Carmouche.
