Funeral services for Joseph Tyler of Mansura will take place at the First Union Baptist Church of Bunkie on Saturday, May 14, 2011, beginning at 11:00am. Visitations will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Mansura, prior to the funeral service, from 9:00am to 11:00am. Burial services will commence at the First Union Baptist Church Cemetery.
Joseph Tyler, age 67, passed away at the Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital of Alexandria on Wednesday, May 4, 2011. He is preceded in death by his parents, Booker T. Beatrice Tyler. He is survived by his daughters, Denise Tyler of Los Angeles, CA, Aquinas Lewis of Crown Point, IN stepdaughter, Diana Tyler of Port Arthur, TX sisters, Virginia Marie Tyler of Mansura, Barbara Tyler of Cottonport and also four grandchildren.
Services and funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
