Funeral services for Justin Michael Roy of Plaucheville will be held on Friday, October 9, 2015 beginning at 10am at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Mansura. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2015 beginning at 5pm until 10pm. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
Justin Roy, age 16, passed away on Monday, October 5, 2015 at Children's Hospital in New Orleans. He was preceded in death by his sister, Bridget Marie Roy; maternal grandfather, Richard Nagle & paternal grandfather, Malcolm Roy.
Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Peggy (Robert, Sr.) Heasley of Philadelphia, PA; his father, Blane (Dawn) Roy of Plaucheville; maternal grandmother, Marie Nagle of Pennsylvania; paternal grandmother, Helena Roy of Mansura; half-sister, Amber Lacour of Long Beach, CA; step-sisters: Eileen Heasley of Seattle, WA, Ava Trahan of Carencro, & Savannah Scallan of Lafayette; step-brothers, Robert Heasley, Jr. of Pennsylvania and Tobias Scallan of Pensacola, FL. Justin is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, & cousins.
