Kyle Ducote

Funeral services for Kyle Joseph Ducote of Mansura will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2015 beginning at 11am at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Mansura with Fr. Irion St. Romain officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 beginning at 5pm until 10pm with a rosary wake service at 6pm; and visitation will resume Thursday morning at 8am. Burial will be held at the St. Paul Cemetery in Mansura. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
Kyle Joseph Ducote, age 42, passed away at his home in Mansura on Sunday, June 21, 2015. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Merlin J. & Dessie Dorgant; paternal grandparents, Florien & Lola Ducote; uncle, Jimmy Ducote. Kyle was a member of the Mansura Fire Department for over 20 years; and also served as assist chief. In his free time, Kyle enjoyed disc jockeying and hunting.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Suzanne Ducote of Mansura; children, Layken Ducote, Marlee Ducote, and Adeline Ducote; parents, Richard & Connie Ducote; sister, Nettie Jeansonne (Jared) of Mansura; two stepsons and one stepdaughter; uncle & aunt, Bert & Anne Dorgant; numerous cousins & friends.
Kyle has fought the good fight, he has finished the race, and he has kept the faith.
