Landry Ducote

Landry Ducote, age 74 of Simmesport, passed away at the Christus St. Frances Hospital of Alexandria on Wednesday, February 21^st, 2024.
 
Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Sheila Ducote of Jay, FL; grandchildren, Delania Ellis (Jeremy), Landry Copeland (Carly), Dillon Anthony, and Ethan Copeland; 1 great-grandchild, Addisen Ellis. He is also survived by his sisters, Marylee Geautreaux (Freddie) of Houma and Sylvia Mayberry of Simmesport.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Blume & Belle Bordelon Ducote; brother, Huey Ducote; sisters, Gloria Ducote, Shirley Ducote, Betty Lemoine, and Bernice Maddie.

The family would like to thank the staff and nurses at the Bayou Chateau Nursing Center for the care and compassion shown to Mr. Ducote.
