Funeral services for Lawrence Lemoine Sr. of Simmesport will take place at the Christ the King Catholic Church of Simmesport on Tuesday, October 2, 2012, beginning at 11:00am with Fr. Dwight de Jesus officiating. Visitations will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Simmesport on Monday, October 1, 2012, from 5:00pm to 11:00am Tuesday morning. Burial services will commence at the Christ the King Cemetery.
Lawrence Lemoine, Sr., age 77, passed away at his home on Sunday, September 30, 2012. He is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Lemoine son, Ricky Lemoine sister, Maggie Wilks parents, Henry Anthony Rita Rabalais Lemoine. He is survived by his children, Lawrence Lemoine, Jr. of Simmesport, Michael Lemoine of Hessmer, Catherine Lemoine of Simmesport sisters, Eva Nell Mitchell of Simmesport, Ruth Lemoine of Moreauville six grandchildren six greatgrandchildren.
