Funeral services for Leatrice Rainey Weston of Simmesport will take place at the Christ the King Catholic Church of Simmesport on Saturday, November 19, 2011, beginning at 11:30am. Visitations will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Simmesport on Friday, November 18, 2011, from 5:00pm to 10:00pm and will resume at 9:00am on Saturday morning. Burial services will commence at the St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery of Cottonport.
Leatrice Weston, age 75, passed away at the Rapides Regional Medical Center on Thursday, November 10, 2011. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Weston parents, Harty Mary Guillory Rainey and a host of brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughters, Annie Lockwood, Carol Scott, Ella Mae Smith, Gloria Patterson, all of Simmesport son, Lee Joseph Weston of Marksville sisters, Gloria Gillespie of New Orleans, Mary Guillory of Lake Charles, Maryann Smith of Simmesport brother, Andy Smith of Alexandria fifteen grandchildren eight greatgrandchildren.
Services and arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
