Lemmie John Firmin, Jr., age 85, of Marksville, La., died Monday, February 13, 2006, at Vital Fource in Baton Rouge, La. He was the son of the late Lemmie Firmin and the late Luby Bordelon Firmin. He is also survived by Three Daughters, Ethel Firmin Fryoux of Baton Rouge, La. Pat Firmin Matin of Baton Roge, La. Karen Firmin Firmin of Gretna, La. One Son, James E Firmin of Gretna, La. Six Sisters, Jean Firmin Carpenter of Baton Rouge, La. Bernice Latina of Kenner, La., Margie Maddie of Simmesport, La., Ruby Bacon of Baton Rouge, La., Elaine Bacon of Natchitoches, La., and Madeline Elliott of Gonzales, La. Two Brothers, Lurry Adams of Pulaski, Va. and Wallace Firmin of Iota, La. Twelve grandchildren Arrangements are being handled by Escude Funeral Home, Simmesport, La., where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, February 15, 2006. Funeral service will be at Christ The King Catholic Church-Simmesport at 10:30 AM Thursday, February 16, 2006 . Interment will be at Christ the King Mausoleum in Simmesport, La.
