Leona Lemoine

Funeral services for Leona J. Lemoine of Moreauville will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2013 beginning at 10am at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Moreauville. Visitation will be held at the Friday, August 23, 2013 beginning at 5pm until 10pm at the Escud Funeral Home of Moreauville. Burial will be held at the St. Marys No. 2 Mausoleum in Cottonport. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
Leona J. Lemoine, age 77, passed away at the Bailey House in Bunkie on Friday, August 23, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Effie Ora Johnson her husband, Eddie Lemoine her two sons, Eddie P. Lemoine and Keith Lemoine her two sisters, Lucille Tassin and Mona Moreau and her brother, Philmore Johnson. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Kristy Brouillette Michael of Texas her three sons, Peter Lemoine of Mansura, Daniel Dauzat Gail of Moreauville, and Edward Dauzat Linda of Marksville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and numerous greatgrandchildren.
