Funeral services for Littie Lucille Grimes of Simmesport will take place at the Methodist Protestant Church of Lettsworth on Wednesday, March 14, 2012, beginning at 10:00am with Rev. Glen Mayeaux officiating. Visitations will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Mansura on Tuesday, March 13, 2012, from 1:30pm for the immediate family. Burial services will commence at the Methodist Protestant Cemetery.
Littie Grimes, age 71, passed away at her home on Tuesday, March 13, 2012. She is preceded in death by her husband, Murphy Grimes, children, Melinda Grimes, Keith Grimes parents, Charlie Roberta Auzuillard Adams brothers, Charley F. Adams, Israel Adams, Jerry Adams, Jewel Douglas Adams, Larry Adams, Winnfield Adams, Eugene Adams. She is survived by her children, Wanda Faye Grimes of Prairieville, David Grimes of Simmesport, Glenn P. Grimes of Lettsworth brother, Emerson Adams of Laplace sister, Dorothy Cothern of Metairie, Geraldine Allemond of Baton Rouge four grandchildren four greatgrandchildren.
