Funeral services for Levy Jarrod Kimble of Houston will take place at the Christ the King Catholic Church of Simmesport on Tuesday, March 8, 2011, beginning at 1:00pm, with Fr. Luke Melcher officiating. Visitations will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Simmesport, prior to the funeral services, beginning at 9:00am, with a rosary being recited at 12:00pm. Burial services will commence at the Christ the King Catholic Cemetery.
Jarrod Kimble, age 23, passed away at the Methodist Hospital of Houston on Thursday, March 3, 2011. Jarrod attended Avoyelles High School in Moreauville and graduated with honors in 2005 and received a bachelors degree in Information Systems and Decision Science from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge in 2009 as well as completing LSUs highly acclaimed Internal Audit Program. He was a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and Information Systems and Control Association. Jarrod was the master of ceremonies for the CoCathedral of Sacred Heart of Houston and an instituted acolyte of the Archdiocese of GalvestonHouston. Jarrod was employed as an advisory service associate for Grant Thornton LLP in Houston.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph Philomene Kimble, Sidney J. Lemoine sister, Ashley Ann Kimble. He is survived by his wife, Danielle Schwartzenburg Kimble of Houston father, Levy Kimble of Simmesport mother, Donna Lemoine Kimble of Baton Rouge sister, Chantel Adams and her husband Mark stepmother Nora Kimble grandparents, Joe Betty Hudgens stepbrother, Adam Evans nieces, Emily Beth Adams and numerous aunts and uncles.
