Funeral services for Lillian Antoine Sampson of Cottonport will be held at the St. Marys Assumption Catholic Church of Cottonport on Saturday, January 8, 2011, beginning at 10:00am. Visitations will follow the service, beginning at 11:30am, and will be held at the St. Marys Assumption Church Community Center.
Lillian Sampson, age 71, passed away at her home in Cottonport on Sunday, January 2, 2011. She is preceded in death by her parents, Phillip Sarah Winchester Antoine. She is survived by her husband, John Paul Sampson of Evergreen daughters, Gladys Jackson of Cottonport, Loretta Corner of Baton Rouge and Mary Jones of Baton Rouge son, Brayden Fontenot of Cottonport sisters, Ethel Young of Cottonport, Mimi Antoine of New York. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren four greatgrandchildren.
Services and funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
