Linda Johnson

Linda Marie Johnson, a resident of Mansura, La; and formerly of Marksville, La was born September 11, 1950 to the late Manuel Johnson, Jr. and Hariett Alexander Guillot. Linda was a member of Holy Ghost Catholic Church until she relocated to Mansura, La in 1983. She then became a member of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church. She leaves precious memories to be cherished by three daughters and son-in-laws, Natalie and John Berry, Tina and Dorian Campbell, Latonya Justine Johnson and Clyde McGee, Jr. One son and daughter in law Willous and Angela Johnson, all of Mansura, La; five grandchildren, Marques Doyle, Wilreona Johnson, Willous Johnson, Jr., Armaud Walter, and Zorian Campbell; her sisters, Joan Francisco, Jennifer Guillot, Stephanie Guillot, Wanda Guillot, and Brenda Jordan; her brothers, James Barbin, Tyronne Alexander, David Guillot, Quentin Guillot all of Marksville, La. Gertrude Burks, Bobbie Sampson, Marion Burks, Glenda Warren, Shirley Patterson, Lisa Andrews, Jerald Johnson, Raymond Johnson, Michael Johnson, and Lionel Johnson all of New Orleans, La. Funeral Services will be conducted 10:30 A.M. Saturday, January 9, 2010 at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Mansura, La with Committal services to follow at St. Paul Church Cemetery under the direction of Escude Funeral Home of Mansura. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 8, 2010 from 6 P.M. to 10 P.M. at Escude Funeral Home of Mansura.
