Funeral services for Lloyd Morgan, Sr. of Cottonport will take place at the St. Marys Assumption Catholic Church of Cottonport on Tuesday, December 7, 2010, beginning at 10:00am. Visitations will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Cottonport on Monday, December 6, 2010, from 5:00pm to 10:00pm and will resume on Tuesday morning at 8:00am. Burial services will commence at the St. Marys Assumption Catholic Cemetery.
Lloyd Morgan, Sr., age 88, passed away at his home on Sunday, December 5, 2010. He is preceded in death by his parents William Eva Gagnard Morgan. He is survived by his wife, Annie Ruth Juneau Morgan of Cottonport sons, Samuel Morgan of Greenville, SC, Wallace Morgan of Mansura, Joe Morgan of Marksville, John Morgan of Hessmer, David Morgan of Ft. Walton Beach, FL, Scott Morgan of Mansura, Lloyd Morgan, Jr. of Cottonport daughter, Barbara Lemoine of Cottonport brother, Donald Morgan of Mansura sister, Betty Jeansonne of Mansura. He is also survived by his fifteen grandchildren and nineteen greatgrandchildren.
Services and funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
