Funeral services for Madeline Cassidy Ducote of Cottonport will take place at the St. Marys Assumption Catholic Church of Cottonport on Saturday, September 29, 2012, beginning at 11:00am with Fr. Jamie Medina Cruz officiating. Visitations will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Cottonport that morning, from 8:00am to 11:00am. Burial services will commence at the St. Mary Mausoleum 2.
Madeline Ducote, age 85, passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2012. She is preceded in death by her husband, Darrell Ducote son, Tim Ducote parents, George Myrtle Cassidy sister, Rosemary Jeansonne nephew, David Jeansonne. She is survived by her daughter, Sheila Blankenship her husband Lynn of Denham Springs grandchildren, Monica Jones husband Scott of Bentonia, MS, Lonnie Blankenship of Denham Springs, Tracy Ducote of Baton Rouge, Jill Blankenship of Athens, Greece, Tammy Ducote of Baton Rouge, Tiffany Dunn husband Desmond of Baton Rouge greatgrandchildren, Cassidy, Taylor, Paige, Nicole, Ella, Micah, Colton, Keilyn.
