Services for Mrs. Madelon Bordelon of Moreauville will be 10 a.m., Thursday, March 11, 2010 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Moreauville with Father Marc Noel officiating. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Moreauville under the direction of Escude Funeral Home of Moreauville.
Mrs. Madelon Bordelon, 83, passed away in her residence on March 8, 2010.
She was a member of the Christian Mothers and the Ladies Altar Society.
Survivors include three daughters, Phil Zimmermann and husband James of Flippin, Arkansas, Janice Coco and husband Michael of Moreauville, Celeste Beasley and husband Ronald of Lafayette one son, John Bordelon, Jr. and wife Paula of Moreauville one sister, Celeste M. Bordelon of Mansura ten grandchildren twelve great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by husband, John Bordelon, Sr., father, Alphonse Mayeux and mother, Cecile Mayeux.
Visitation will be at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Moreauville March 11, 2010 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. A Rosary will be at 10:40 a.m..
The family would like to give a special thanks to Hospice Care of Avoyelles and all of her sitters.
