Mamie Plauche

Funeral services for Mamie Dee Plauche of Plaucheville will take place at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Hall of Dupont on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 beginning at 11:00am with Fr. George Krosfield officiating. Visitation will be held that morning at the church hall from 9:00am until time of service with a rosary being said at 10:00am. Burial will commence at the Mater Dolorosa Catholic Mausoleum of Plaucheville.
Mamie Dee Plauche, age 87, passed at the Avoyelles Manor Nursing Home of Dupont on Sunday, April 24, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Reeves Plauche; granddaughter, Diane Elizabeth Plauche; great-grandson, Dalton Plauche; and her parents, Wade & Mona Riche Guillory. She is survived by her son, Rodney Plauche and his wife Cynthia of Baton Rouge; grandson, Todd Plauche and his wife Lizabeth of Port Allen; great-grandchildren, Avery Plauche and Lauren, Laken, and Kaitlin.
The family would like to express their thanks to the staff of Avoyelles Manor Nursing Home and to the staff of All Saint's Hospice for the love and care they gave to Mrs. Mamie Dee.
Services are under the direction of Escude Funeral Home.
