Funeral services for Margaret Mary Ortego of Longbridge will take place at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Moreauville on Friday, May 13, 2011, beginning at 11:00am, with Fr. Marc Noel officiating. Visitations will be held at the Escud Funeral Home of Moreauville, prior to the services, from 8:00am to 11:00am. Burial services will commence at the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Margaret Ortego, age 86, passed away at the Hessmer Nursing Home on Wednesday, May 11, 2011. She is preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Ortego parents, John Eustice Etna Bacon Lemoine brothers, James Lemoine, Nolan Lemoine sisters, Evelie Lemoine, Theresa Leglue grandchild, Scotty Ortego greatgrandchildren, Alexis Lamartina, Randy Gauthier, Alyssia Dauzat. She is survived by her son, Avis Ortego of Livingston daughter, Linda Ducote of Hessmer, Janette Dauzat of Picayune, MS, Wanda Lambert of Hessmer, Debbie Abbott of Aubrey, TX brothers, Anthony Lemoine of Roswell, NM, Edwin Lemoine of Colorado sister, Patricia Lemoine of Pine Grove fourteen grandchildren twentythree greatgrandchildren ten greatgreatgrandchildren.
