Memorial service for Mark Anthony Gauthier of Cottonport will begin at 5:00pm on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at the Escude Funeral Home in Cottonport.

Mark Gauthier, age 62, passed away on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at the Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sons, Daniel (Lynette) Gauthier of Pineville and Jody (Heather) Gauthier of Hessmer; sisters: Myra (Joel) Jeansonne of Long Bridge, Sharlene Ford of Marksville and Lisa (Keith) Gauthier Blair of Lafayette; brothers: Marvin (Rose) Gauthier of Bunkie, Jay (Freda) Gauthier of Clinton, Ricky (Debbie) Gauthier of Georgia and Wayne (Susan) Gauthier of Pineville; grandchildren: Owen Gauthier of Big Bend, Abigail Gauthier of Pineville, Brantley Derbonne of Pineville, Samantha Bordelon of Hessmer and Kloe Proctor of Hessmer.

He was preceded in death by his son, Shawn Gauthier; parents, Willard “Nan” Gauthier, Sr. & Myrtle Wilson Gauthier; and his brother, Bryan Gauthier.

A visitation will begin at 4:00pm until 9:00pm on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at the Escude Funeral Home in Cottonport.
