Martha Guillot

Funeral services for Martha Rae Jacobs Guillot of Moncla will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2014 beginning at 11am at the Starlight Baptist Church in Hickory Hill with Rev. Van Keith Jones officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 26, 2014 beginning at 6pm until 10pm and will resume at 7am Saturday at the Starlight Baptist Church in Hickory Hill. Burial will be held at the church cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
Martha Rae Jacobs Guillot, age 68, passed away at her home in Moncla on Sunday, September 21, 2014. She was active in sports in her younger years. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and President of the Usher Board. She was preceded in death by her parents, Foris, Sr. Elvira Jones Jacobs.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 47 years, Donald Guillot of Moncla her children: Sharon Monique Guillot of Marksville, Carolyn GuillotBailey of New Orleans, Brian Guillot Angela of Pineville, and Kyle Guillot Davenia of Lafayette sisters: Vera Bailey Roy of Milwaukee, WI, Rachel Hearon of Marksville, Marian Gonzales Michael of Marksville brothers: Ad Calvin Jacobs Dorothy of Pittsburgh, CA, Frederick Jacobs, Sr. Ellen Jean of Marksville, Donald Jacobs, Sr. late Lucy Mae of Marksville, Foris Jacobs, Jr. Gertrude of Marksville, Elton Jacobs Carol of Milwaukee, WI, and Levi Jacobs of Marksville aunt, Celia Coston her grandchildren, Justine Guillot, Darrian Nelson, Bria Guillot, Kyle D. Guillot, Kyelle Guillot. She also leaves numerous nieces, nephews, godchildren extended family.
