Mary Ducote

Funeral services for Mary B. Ducote of Simmesport will be held on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 beginning at 11am at the Christ the King Catholic Church in Simmesport with Fr. Dwight De Jesus officiating. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 beginning at 8am until 11am at the Escud Funeral Home in Simmesport. Interment will be held at the Christ the King Mausoleum. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Escud Funeral Home.
Mary B. Ducote, age 72, passed away in Simmesport on Friday, August 8, 2014. Mary was a member of the Christ the King Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmo Edna Mitchell Barbin her husband, Richard P. Ducote her brothers, Clayton Barbin Lane Barbin and her sister, Barbara Lemoine.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Melissa D. Hotard John of Greenwell Springs her grandson, Jonathan Hotard of Greenwell Springs and her sisters, Carol Chenevert of Baycliff, TX and Faye Pena of Livingston.
